Welcome to South Shaver Elementary School! My name is Erica Lilly, and I am honored to serve as your principal. Our school's mission is to provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that fosters the social, emotional, and intellectual growth of all students. This mission is at the heart of everything we do.

With 29 years of experience in education, I am passionate about creating a learning environment where every child feels supported and encouraged to reach their full potential. At South Shaver, we believe in nurturing confident, critical thinkers who take responsibility for themselves, demonstrate respect for others, and are prepared to respond to the rapidly changing world around them.

I am committed to building strong relationships with our students, parents, staff, and the wider community. Collaboration and open communication are key to our success, and I welcome your input and involvement in our school activities and initiatives. Together, we can create a supportive and dynamic learning environment where our students thrive and grow.
